On Thursday morning, September 7, 2023, the Center for Environment and Community Research held the second training session on the topic “Work Group Management, Engagement and Motivation Skills” to strengthen the capacity of members of the Vietnam Water Conservation Network (VIWACON) by Dr. Nguyen Khac Hung – Director of CECR coordinates and teaches.

Following the contents of the first session, Training Session 02 provides knowledge on effective team management. The students were very excited to learn about the Gung Ho Engagement Philosophy “The Spirit of the Squirrel – The Way of the Beaver – The Gift of the Goose”.   

With the knowledge and skills after two training sessions, Students, whether at the management level or as officers and employees in an organization, identify their roles and responsibilities and ways to help their team operate effectively and grow.
