On July 3, 2024, the Vietnam Water Conservation Network held a Technical Advisory Group meeting with the participation of core members including: Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Ly - Founder/Chairman of CECR; Mr. Nguyen Khac Hung - Director of CECR/Network Coordinator; Mr. Dao Trong Tu - Director of CEWAREC; Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Thuy - Director of C&E; Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huong - Dean, School of Chemistry and Life Sciences, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan - Deputy Director of WARECOD; Ms. Huynh Thi Lieu Hoa - Technical Advisor of VIWACON; Ms. Dao Thi Ngoc Anh - Deputy Director of CECR; Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong - Assistant to the Network Coordinator.
The meeting aimed to summarize and update some activities of the network in the recent past, and at the same time share information and practical experiences among members. One of the important contents of the meeting was to discuss the activities to be implemented in the next 6 months. The members have come up with many ideas and solutions to improve the efficiency of the network's operations, and develop programs to protect water resources and prevent pollution.
Responding to the Law on Water Resources officially taking effect from July 1. The members have shared many of their activities with the local community to join hands in protecting water resources and updating current trends to contribute to the development of the Network.
