On Wednesday morning, August 23, 2023, the Center for Environment and Community Research organized capacity building training for members of the Vietnam Water Conservation Network (VIWACON) on the topic “Work Group Management, Engagement and Motivation Skills” by Dr. Nguyen Khac Hung - Director of CECR coordinates and teaches.
The training course takes place in 02 sessions to share some concepts and content related to working group management (teamwork) and motivational theory, equipping employees with employee engagement skills to improve work performance in the organization.

The group participated in training at the CECR office
At the first training session, network members were equipped with knowledge about teamwork, each stage of team development and practice tests to evaluate which position each person fits into the team. At the end of the training session, everyone discussed and shared ways to improve and build a teamwork culture in the organization.
