On May 11, 2023, at Adonis Hotel (55 Quang Trung, Hanoi), the Center for Environmental and Community Research (CECR) hosted the Program “Meeting about events to summarize local initiatives in Da Nang city”.

Attending the Program were representatives of agencies and organizations: the United States Agency for International Development (USAID); CECR Center; Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Center for Living and Learning for the Environment and Community (Live&Learn); Green Development Support Center (GreenHub); and related international organizations and units: Clean City Blue Ocean (CCBO), Winrock, Chemonics.

The meeting program was organized to discuss activities of local initiatives in Da Nang City – funded by USAID and implemented by local partners. The parties also agreed to hold a workshop to review the Project in Da Nang, scheduled for June 21-22th, the main coordinating unit includes CECR and GreenHub. Finally, the Program once again agreed on the roles and responsibilities of each organization and individual member, as well as giving ideas, suggestions and proposals to improve the effectiveness of the event to summarize local initiatives in Da Nang city.
