To implement the Youth Union and Youth Movement Program in 2022 and to promote the impulsive role of Youth Union members and youth in environmental protection, respond to climate change, actively implement the assigned tasks in the implementation of the Project "Building Da Nang - An Environmental City" in the period of 2021-2030 and contribute to creating a Green - Clean - Beautiful landscape to welcome the new spring, the Spring of the Tiger 2022; On the morning of January 8, 2022, the Standing Committee of Da Nang City Youth Union coordinated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to organize the launching ceremony of "Da Nang youth act together for the environment" and launched a general cleaning of the environment to welcome Lunar New Year of the Tiger in 2022 at Thang Long route, the area at the foot of Tien Son bridge (Hai Chau district, Da Nang). The program with the participation of more than 300 union members and youth in the city was divided into 5 regions.

The event was accompanied by the Vietnam Water Conservation Network (VIWACON), which is coordinated by the Center for Environmental and Community Research (CECR). The Center is currently implementing the project "Collective Actions for Water Conservation" in Da Nang, sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Through the project's activities, it is hoped that it will contribute to promoting the strengths of young people in environmental protection activities, especially water resource protection, and sustainable community building.
